The Show
We are so glad you found the Wedding Pro Radio Show! If you're engaged, in the industry, or just interested in learning more about weddings, then we are the perfect radio show for you. Wedding Pro Radio keeps you up to date on the newest wedding trends, provides tips from the top wedding pros in the industry, and shares the knowledge you need to know when planning your dream wedding. We love podcasting, but when the opportunity presented itself for us to be on the ACTUAL radio, we said "heck yes"! We are thrilled to take it back to the roots of old school radio, while also making it easily accessible to podcasters! You can find our show on Big Talk Delmarva Radio Network on Saturdays and Sundays at 12pm EST in the Delmarva and Washington D.C. area.

Wedding Pro Radio is hosted by Rich Leggitt, owner of Black Tie Events based out of Atlanta, Georgia, and myself, Abbie Hillis, owner of ACH Events based out of Austin, TX. Together, we have over 35 years of wedding and event industry experience. After working together on a couple of projects, we quickly found a need for a wedding radio show. Wedding Pro Radio keeps you up to date on the newest wedding trends, provides tips from the top wedding pros in the industry, and shares the knowledge you need to know when planning your dream wedding.
Rich lives with his wife in Atlanta and is the founder and owner of Black Tie Events, the top DJ and entertainment company in Atlanta and Dallas, and DJ Song List, an app for managing your wedding day music. Rich has been doing weddings for over 20 years, and has hosted well over 2,000 events in his career. He is widely known as one of the top wedding DJs in the country. Previously, Rich was a former radio personality, so his witty and easy-going personality mixes well with my type A and creative self. Rich loves to spend time hanging with his family, going to the beach, and talking all things sport.
I live in Austin, TX with my husband and son, and own ACH Events, a boutique full-service wedding for Texas and destination weddings, and Gro Group, a marketing and events firm for female-led businesses. When I am not planning weddings or building websites, I advocate for sexual assault survivors, which led me to the launch of my own podcast called Loving This Life, empowering others to use their trauma and hardships to help them grow into a better, more empowered, version of themselves.
